The Comfort of Xi’an Hot and Sour Dumplings

One of the most unforgettable foods I tried in Xi’an was hot and sour dumplings. Before tasting them, I thought they would be similar to ordinary dumplings I had eaten before. But after the very first bite, I realized this dish was something completely different.

If you visit Xi’an, this is definitely a dish you should not miss. For me, it became one of the warmest and most satisfying meals I had in the city.
